Logo & Avatar Design Contest Instructions
Project Title: Erasmus+ “Music in Nature”
Theme: Music, Nature, and International Cooperation
OBIETTIVI:
Design a digital logo and avatar that will represent the “Music in Nature” Erasmus+ project across all communication platforms, social media, presentations, and project materials.
Requirements:
1. Format:
o Digital design only (created using software like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, etc.)
o File formats: .PNG, .JPG, or .SVG
o Resolution: At least 1080 x 1080 pixels (square format)
o Transparent background preferred for the logo
2. Content to Include:
o The project title: “Music in Nature”
o The Erasmus+ logo (must be clearly visible and used correctly)
o The flags of all participating countries
o Visual elements representing music and nature
o A version that works well as a small avatar/profile image
3. Design Style:
o Creative, modern, and clean
o Suitable for international and educational use
o Easy to recognize and memorable at a glance
4. Copyright:
o All elements must be original or royalty-free
o Do not use copyrighted images or clip art without permission

Judging Criteria:
• 2 logos and avatars will be choosen from every coutnry
• There will be an online contest till 02.06.2025
• Creativity and originality
• Clear representation of the project theme
• Visual quality and technical execution
• Effective inclusion of required elements
Prizes & Recognition:
• Winning design will be used as the official logo and avatar of the Erasmus+ “Music in Nature” project
• Winners will be featured on the project website, social media, and newsletters
• Certificates and small prizes will be awarded
